Access to residential substance abuse treatment can still be challenging, even with changes to The Affordable Care Act; approval or denial often hinges on how a clinician assesses your current state using a standardized test known as the ASAM.
Obtaining referral approvals can be complicated, frustrating, and prohibitively tricky, exacerbating an individual’s struggle. For some, insurance may not even be an option!
Regardless of the circumstances leading an individual to need and want residential treatment, the ability to pay should not be the deciding factor or even a concern. Receiving the appropriate therapy should be the only objective.
IMUP Recovery seeks to become a guarantor of residential treatment for adolescents and young adults who genuinely want to pursue a life of recovery.

Our Mission
The IMUP Recovery mission is to remove the financial barrier for adolescents or young adults who genuinely seek residential treatment and a recovery lifestyle.
Our Vision
To provide support and empowerment to young people struggling with substance use addiction, ensuring they receive necessary care without undue financial burden.
Our End Game
We aspire to develop a comprehensive and seamless IMUP Treatment & Recovery program featuring Detox, 90-Day Residential, Transitional Housing (SLE), and Vocational Learning opportunities.
Target Population
We would like to focus on individuals aged 13 to 25 with limited or no family support; exceptions will always be considered.
